Because every item is made to order through our print-on-demand production process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selection, so please review the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering. That said, if anything is wrong with your order, we’re here to help — please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Issues If you entered the wrong shipping address or made an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production.
Refunds Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation by email when your refund has been processed.
Shipping Orders are printed and processed within 2–5 business days and shipped shortly after. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days for domestic (US) orders and 10–20 business days for international orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
